Cancellation and Return Policy

Clients may cancel their orders or subscriptions within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our Client Relations Department with your order number. Once the cancellation is confirmed, any applicable refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. For subscriptions, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that certain services may have specific terms, so we encourage you to review those before making a cancellation.
